Bad bad bad service through out claim

The service had recieved to date with my 1st claim was very terrible. Met with the assessor last week after dissatisfaction with the vehicle repairs and was told to take the vehicle back to the panel beaters that are 100+ km from where I'm staying. Hired vehicle was told that it was already arranged which wasn't. Budget insurance is unreliable with their consultants that will not call u back as promised. Budget insurance will leave you stranded yet they increase your premiums with this *** service we recieve. I've lost count of how much I've lost already on airtime Calling this company
