BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

On the 28th of January a client of Budget drove into my car while stationary. I app**** for a 3rd party claim of which was rejected, they told me to claim from the BMW that was also involved, of which when I came on the scene was nowhere near my car. I did this with auto and general, after a day, A&G called me back and said they are rejecting the claim as their client was not at fault. This made me frustrated, as it meant I was at fault while me car was in a parked position and hit by another car. A&G tried sorting it out with Budget, off which they called me to have my car assessed at one off their centres,. The car was towed by their towing company on the 12th of March. On the 14st of March I was informed that the assessment was complete and my car will be brought that day. On Friday the 15th I spent more than an hour on the phone with Budget and First help towing regarding my car to no avail. No one is interested in your well being as the 3rd party as they only look out for their clients. I HAVE CHILDREN THAT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN TO extracuriccular ACTIVITIES OVER WEEKENDS, now I cannot because someone is not doing their job. The towing company says its Budget, Budget says it's them.....So who the hell do u blame. If this is happening, it makes me wonder if they will take responsibility for my car and fix it.....I will be taking this matter further a s I have seen a whole lot of bad reviews about Budget, YOU CAN BE DAMN SURE SOMEONE WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY CAR
