BAD AND POOR SERVICE EVER FROM BUDGET INSURANCE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO NO ONE.

I am disgusted with the abysmal level of service provided by your company. I wish I had checked the reviews earlier before I joined Budget Insurance. For the past two months, I have been struggling to receive a satisfactory resolution to my mechanical warranty issue, only to be met with endless runarounds and a severe lack of transparency. This morning, I attempted to escalate my issue by speaking to a manager, who callously hung up on me without providing any assistance whatsoever.

I demand immediate action to rectify this situation and will accept nothing less than a full refund of my premiums for the mechanical warranty and dent and scratches. Cancel everything with Budget Insurance with immediate effect. Failure to do so will result in my formal complaint to the relevant regulatory bodies . BAD AND POOR SERVICE EVER FROM BUDGET INSURANCE.
