I just want to thank Dikeledi for the awesome service she gave, I had received a survey to rate Budget service and on completing the survey I did not expect a call back from Budget.<br> <br> And to my surprise I received a call from her asking me to share my experience, which was unpleasant to say the least as I had to wait for a long time to get the matter sorted, she arrange for payment offered advice and had my excess reviewed as I had never received correspondence from you, and I was shocked that my excess has increased so much in the last three years.<br> she followed thru with everything that we had discussed.<br> I am grateful for her assistance
