AWARD IN WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

So after numerous complaints about the worst service I am receiving, it become more and more substandard. i called this morning around 9 and asked to speak to the claims manager with regards to the following facts,

1. The maximum number of days it takes for a car to be assessed

2. The amount of time it takes for the assessment report to be sent by the assessor

3. The maximum of 4 days it will take the claims department to approve for the car to be fixed

4. The amount of time it will take for the car to be fixed

5. The minimum of 15 days is offered to the client during the taking up of the insurance while not taking into account the internal processes

6. The fact that the insurance does not recognise weekends as working days, however, weekends are counted when car rental is taken out

7. The poor customer service in general

It is now 14:49 and I am yet to get a call from the Lannie Ferreira, whom I was told will be the one giving me a call.

I will continue to name and shame budget insurance for their horrible customer service through this platform as well as media platforms (radio and newspapers)
