Awaiting recovery access fee

I was involved in a accident last year October and had to pay access which will be retrieved from other party in order to refund me. Its almost another year later and still no recovery. I keep in getting calls from whoever@budgetinsurance to tell me final notice has been given to other party but that's alk I hear whenever they call me. I even ended up asking them is this the same final notice of previous month and their response no Ma'am this is update in final notice or letter of demand rendured recently. All calls I get is about final notice,final notice and letter of demandcan Budget Insurance call already to confirm banking details?
