Avoid dealing with Budget Insurance they are utterly useless

My father recently passed away. We have tried unsuccessfully to transfer the policy onto my mother's name.

She has tried from the 22 of November untill the 14th of December to do this. After numerous phone calls and promises from 5 different agents, she is still waiting for a promised phone call.

22 November Agent 1 Requested death certificate, which was then emailed to her. No response since then..

29 November Agent 2 Requested death certificate which was then emailed to him. No response since then.

9 December Agent 3 Requested death certificate which was then emailed. Promise given to phone my mother. No phone call.

14 December Agent 4 was informed that my mother wants to cancel the policy. He gave an email address *** email was returned by postmaster -- address does not exist.

Later same day my mom spoke to Agent 5. Confirmed the email address given does not exist. She will contact the above mentioned agents and ask them to phone my mother back the same day.

NO PHONE CALLS!

This is the WORST company, with no customer service. Avoid dealing with them, they are utterly useless!
