AVOID BUDGET FOR BUSINESS INSURANCE
I am so deeply disappointment by Budget. I can honestly not complain about the claim up to the point where It was approved. A claim was submitted 6 March 2018 IT IS NOW MAY and I still do not have a fixed vehicle. I am in the transport industry and having a vehicle out of operation is loosing a lot of money on a daily basis.
The vehicle was taken by JOCKS AUTOBODY on 26 MARCH 2018 and is up to this day still not fixed.. PATHETIC is what this is..
Given Mdluli is not suitable to work with clients for he completely ignores all mails sent to him.. I am not even going to start with the 3rd party claim process after several e-mails with the person responsible for the accidents details all I get is SORRY MA'AM we do not have the contact details.. NOTHING IS HAPPENING just a simple ***** you as a client just pay and shut up..
