Auto Magic and Budget Insurance Scratch and Dent Complaint

Good day. I put in a claim in December. I was told by the call centre staff that the claim was approved and that someone from Auto Magic will call me to tell me which branch I could take my vehicle for repairs. To date no one from Auto Magic has called me. I made several calls this morning from teh number ***. I waited on the line for over an hour and was transferred from consultant to consultant. They are still unable to assist me. I need help with this urgently.
