Attempt of ******** deductions

I took an insurance with budget, during our telephonic conversation they informed me that they will deduct on the 29 September R2900 something that is include for the remaining days of the previous month and including September, I took the insurance on 30 August 2022 just after I bought my car, well few days ago I got notification they were trying to deduct my account, lucky for me I don’t keep my money in the account I gave them. I sent an email three days ago to cancel my policy since they are doing what we didn’t not agree on and further because I have shopped for a less insurance to date I have not received any call nor reply to my email.
