ATROCIOUS SERVICE, ATTITUDE, STAFF, EFFICIENCY

I have already reported the case where my car was in an accident in Dec 2013 (another driver ran a red robot and crashed into my back passenger door) and Budget insurance failed to follow up the case even though i immediately reported the accident and filed a police report, have a voice recording of the offender and a witness. Following my first complaint, Budget contacted me immediately saying that Head Office will take over. Some phony emails were sent to me telling me they'll follow up the case. I was told Budget could not contact the witness despite the fact that I had been in personal contact with him. I am fed up. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED my money back. Nor have I got ANY compensation. I have waited for almost 2 years for this matter to be resolved and I AM FED UP. Budget insurance have made my life hell and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE to sign up for this *#$* Service. I cannot believe you offer false promises and rip so many innocent South Africans off. Budget should be sued for ***** and breach of contract! I want my money back, IMMEDIATELY. I will continue to file complaints and make sure this does not happen to anyone else. My car was fixed on my own expense
