Assessor Not Authorising additional Repairs
I made a claim last month on the 11 May 2020 with budget after my Car was ****** and recoverd,it was then settled after the assessment made,the Car was sent for repairs with re-newit bedford view. No repairs have been made till today,Re-new it say they wont continue because the Assessor have not made Authorization for the additional unseen damages.now i have been contacting budget insurance to expedite the process no help have been made.I desperately need assistant to get my Car repaired

12 May 2022, 22:46clearly i will.never receive assistant as even no one has came fourth after the complaint,i have made follow ups to my car repairs still no action.these has taken more than 18 days without assistant and yet am still a loyal paying customer to the insurance
