Ask for assistance
I took insurance with Budget insurance 2020 for building and household. Last year 2025 July I logged a claim , for broken windows. They send accessor and afterwards they say they dont gey the service provider closer to the area. To date I haven't received the assistance and every month they keep on debiting.
