Arrogant, unhelpful, disrespectful Company

This is something I never expected from Budget as I was thinking of insuring 4 cars with them. However, they are the most disgusting company. They do not really care about their clients, so I can not even consider using them. Worse is their stinking attitude towards 3rd party claims. They are full of nonsense. And they don't tell you what they need in one go. Each time you submit something, they ask for something else. They try to put you off from making a claim. It's 2 weeks now since the accident, where their insured vehicle client negligently reversed/rolled onto my brand new car. I have to drive around with a R1million car dented so badly. Worse is that I had to cancel a holiday which I had already paid for, thinking it would be sorted quickly, because I had confidence in Budget. I lost my money, lost by paying for a car hire, lost time, lost more energy stressing and sending emails, making phone calls, making reports at police station and still waiting for justice. They should be ashamed to make a 65 year old pensioner stress like that. I am deeply offended by their attitude and outraged because they make beautiful claims about their company but are all **** claims as I have experienced their unpleasant attitude and don't care attitude as well as their reluctance to make good on their policies.
