Arrogant financial advisor wasting our time and money - Kian / Piaan Venter won't cancel insurance-

I am so fustrated with this insurance.

We've been paying R2400 for over almost a month now and when we called to cancel the insurance a guy named Kian Venter or Piaan refuses to cancel the insurance and we've been on the phone for over 25 minutes busy asking irrelevant questions.

30 minutes later the insurance is still not cancelled and we have signed with another insurance that will save us over R1400 per month.
