Appauling service - Budget warranty - innovations
Good day. I write in with great disappointment. I have a car warranty with Budget Innovation. I submitted a claim on the 20th of October 2025, to this day my claim hasn't been finalized. I have been sent from pillar to post since then. When I started with the process I was only requested to submit a list of about 6 documents. Once I submitted those, I was requested to submit more documents and pictures. Last week Thursday, I was told that the documents have been booked for assessment. I still haven't received feedback even now. I have never been so disappointed in my life, some companies happily debit our accounts every month but when they have to live up to their promises they let us down.

05 Dec 2025, 15:02Please bare in mind that we are going into festive season, workshops will be closing soon. I don't understand what is really taking so long. It is totally unnecessary and unacceptable for me to be sent from pillar to post.
