Appalling service to say the least!!!!

4 days later and my claim is till not sorted out! for a simple cellphone, No feedback. No follow ups. No updates. Nothing!! Even the team managers don't come back to you. For a simple cellphone claim. why do I have to struggle every time I claim? I'm done you, this is the last nail in the coffin. I've given you too many chances.

I want this matter resolved today!
