Appalling Service from Low Budget Insurance!!! ***********

I had an accident on the 23 January 2020 which a client of budget insurance did cause, he blatantly passed the stop sign without stopping, causing him to end up on the street we were travelling on which had no stop signs or robots, meaning I had right of way…

During the day, this Budget client even **** to me and was adamant that he was not on Budget insurance but another insurance in which he was not...

Tried calling his workplace and cell number, the damn idiot was ignoring me until I had to engage with my insurance and lawyers to assist...

My insurance company made their own investigations and discovered that he was insurered with budget insurance, I spoke to them and the following day a consultant by the name of Rachel called and gave me the reference number to use for their own appointed assessment centre ever since I haven't heard from them, I was actually given the run around before engaging with my insurance, Budget insurance stated that I should chase after the other driver for the reference number and after 2 to 3 weeks I was frustrated as I was taking time out my busy schedule, missing meetings to try resolve this matter but to no avail. I was like an idiot calling the other driver yet he was giving me the run around until I called my insurance and lawyers to assist me in this regard.

I made a follow up with Rachel who said their client statement and my statement were not the same and that he was not picking calls therefore will have to wait for the managers to make managers decisions...

My concerns now is someone else from the same department called and said their client called saying I was responsible and their client wants to claim from my insurance which is totally bull ****, Budget insurance needs to do proper investigations and collect the AR from the police that took it down to know who was at fault. Clearly he bought his license if he cannot see a stop sign like all the other drivers. The passengers I was travelling with are witnesses to the accident as well…

I want this matter taken to court as I have witnesses to stand that he did not stop on the stop sign, causing the impact...
