Appalling service

I was stuck between Tafelkop and Groblersdal on 10th of July and decided to call my beloved insurance to be towed and guess what???? They took 5 hours to tow me to Groblersdal which was less than 5km as I didn't know how far I was as my battery died. The tow truck requested we give them money for diesel as we needed their phone to get further assistance. I then request budget to organise a flat bed as I needed to be at work as we slept in the car - they organised someone who tool a further 2:50hr to come and assist us. He came with his bakkie to rush me to work needless to say I got to the office at 10am. He was then to get the flat bed to collect my partner and car. At around 1pm I got a call from my partner that he is still in Groblersdal - when I call the guy he was still in Jhb visiting his friend ??? I lost it - I then called budget to organise someone else. They only got to Jhb around 7pm?. Is this the kind of service that we pay for? We had to leave my car with someone we don't even have a track record for to sort out the car. I complained and guess what? ?? No one has called me back to address my complaints. The other issue was that - when taking up the insurance they tell us you will be towed for 100km free and thereafter you pay but the roadside assistance says to the nearest dealer. I requested for my records when taking up the insurance and still waiting and the ageing complained to also confirmed the 100km. I need this addressed and sorted out and have told my friends and colleagues to cancel their budget insurance
