Appalling Service

Worst insurer ever, my wife's car still not fixed 3 months after accident and Budget approved our claim. Moreover the service provider made us pay 50% deposit of our access (Which I've never heard off) without them seeing the car and to date no joy (3+ Months later) also wanted us to rent our own vehicle and they'll refund us (total inconvenience). What's worse is that the 3rd party's vehicle is fixed. Unacceptable
