Appalling, Disgusting and Revolting service from Budget Insurance(*****)

This company is de*****ing people (Budget Insurance), I complained about them increasing my Premiums, Basic Excess and Wheel-screen glass Excess all at the same-time, and they called me informing me that they have reduced my premiums without anything being changed on my policy and I asked them to email me the revised policy with new premiums, when I opened the file I realized that they have changed the Insured Value from Retail Value which is the highest to Market Value, this was done without my consent, this is really disgusting, I assume they thought I wouldn't scrutinize my new policy. This is appalling and disgusting service from Budget Insurance, actually this is ***** and it is extremely revolting.
