Appalled by the serviced received by Claudine Lutchman

A budget insurance client reversed into my vehicle yesterday and was very upset that she has to be repairing her car time and time again. I called the call center this morning to register a 3rd party claim. I got through an advisor that was not helpful at all by the name of Claudine Lutchman. I have worked in the insurance industry for a while, and I have never heard that 3rd party claims have to be approved by the client in question and a 3rd party claim can only be registered once the client has registered their claim. This advisor spoke over me as if it did not matter what I had to say. I am not a client of Budget so service does not matter. Budget Insurance this is not the approach to you use if your looking for new customer. Sadly I had a business policy with you guys and the serviced I received was excellent compared to this.
