Another complain about Budget Insurance

My experience with Budget Insurance has been an awful one. I have been trying to contact them with my problem regarding my car, but there have not been anything that I was assisted with to get my car back.. I'm really devastated at the service my Insurance is giving me, the case is being dragged with no solutions yet I am paying my monthly premiums. Two weeks back I wrote a review on Hello Peter to complain about the Budget Insurance's service. Just after I did that, I received an email from them (Budget Insurance) informing me that they have increased my monthly premiums and access. I don't understand why they would choose this time to do that..
