Annual review highly priced

Budget annual increases are most drastic. Approximately 30% regular annual increases with no claims on vehicle. Also Insured my second vehicle in February however, they increased my premium after 5 months of it being insured, as they claim it is my review date. They claim that there premiums are 12 months gauranteed however, this is not true and deceiving. They even failed to negoatiate my premiums as apparently they cannot apply a discount. Bearing in mind i have been almost 17 years without a vehicle claim. In 2 years, my premiums went up by 60% on my home and 50% on my vehicles. Sadly, they refuse to negotiate.
