Annual Review

Budget Insurance has increased my motor vehicle and building premium by 25%. Even though i had no claims, i negotiated for a small discount on the vehicle however, kept my buildings at a 25% increase in premium. The Manager mentioned that nothing could be done to reduce the annual percentage increase. I believe this rate of increase is substantially high and being a valued Client much more needs to be considered in terms of annual review. A 25% equates to 5 times the rate of annual inflation, which is definitely a concern.
