Annual Premium Dispute

I am disputing the annual review of my business policy *** which has had no claims since the inception of the policy, I received a forty percent increase on my monthly premiums after the review. When I enquired about the proof of the annual increase letter that was emailed to me that I never received to a manager, Tsepo Mokou he informed me that it is not compulsory for Budget to provide me with any proof of the email sent informing me of the increase. When I disputed the proof of the email sent to me he informed me that he is not going to continue the call & that I should take it up with the Aumbudsman if I am not happy with the outcome of the review.
