Annual increases is ridiculous

We received our annual review letter...what a shock.<br> <br> Premiums increased by more than 20%. <br> Basic excesses went up from R4850 to more than R10 000! <br> <br> Phoned in and the people helping was VERY rude. Budget always had the nicest people, but that is no longer the case. Anyway,to cut a long story short is the fact that they are willing to give a discount of R126. And that is that. They will leave the excesses as is, for my husbands car. <br> <br> I just want to know how does this work? Why do we always need to fight? Why did they bring the excess down after I complained? Do you want to see what you can get away with? This is not fair. We pay a lot of money each month and now it goes up with more than R1000. <br> <br> Please just give me a breakdown on how you work this out.<br>
