***********, Annoying, Bad Communication

Wouldn’t recommend it to any one. It’s been over a week since I got involved in an accident and still don’t know the status of my claim, but they were too quick to tell me about the excess I have to pay. Bad communication, claims department not picking up calls. Ntando the consultant that’s busy with my claim has been requesting for the same documents I’ve submitted already. Received communication that they’ll get back to me before close of business today, as the assessment party hasn’t given them the review. Suddenly I’ll be given the next update on the 5th November. Make it make sense?????? Very annoyed 😡
