I'm really not happy with the service I received from budget insurance. I have canceled my car insurance with them on the 30th of September 2022,they promised me to reverse my October premium within 7 working days. I have called them and the consultant told me they will get back to me before 1500 but upto now I have not had a word from budget insurance. They did this similar thing before in 2016, but I thought let me gave them a try again since their premiums were cheap. But the service is very poor.

12 Oct 2022, 21:24Budget insurance is quick to debt premium but when is comes to refunds they post you pillar to pillar.Which is not professional.
