got involved in an accident on the 14th of march, I call them and they assured me that everything would be sorted out , my access was r4600 wen I took the policy and now that I'm claiming it has gone up to r9000. Only after 10 days they told me that they'll fix the car, the panel beaters only received authorisation to fix the car from budget a week after they told me thatt the claim was finalised, guess what I received a call again on the 31st of march from andre lombard ( budget insurance) to say the car is written off and that the claims department will call me back , I have been calling the claims department everyday , the consultants are rude ,no call backs and my problem is still not sorted ! I've wasted over r700 worth of airtym trying to sort this out !
