They were very easy to sign up with to do my car and household insurance but after that, their complete lack of administrative skills spoiled everything. I was required to give them all the details and photographs of my car three times before they could acknowledge that I had done so. Then there was the saga around the certificate proving that I had a tracking device installed. I provided the installation certificate four times but they increased my premium anyway on the grounds that I had "failed to provide a certificate." Two emails providing proof that I had in fact uploaded the certificate were blatantly ignored. This has to be the most *********** insurance company in South Africa and if your star system allowed "minus stars" I would have chosen a rating from there.
