An insurance company that doesn’t care about their clients.

Run!! If you are with budget and haven’t claimed yet, change insurance ASAP! You don’t wanna find yourself in our shoes. They deliberately delay claims to frustrate you, I’m not sure if the intention is for you to cancel the claim and do the repairs yourself or for you to accept low payout out of frustration. I submitted a claim in 14/12/24 to this day12/01/15 it is still being processed not yet finalised. Budget does not care about their clients , they only care about collecting premiums. Even after explaining that I don’t have any other means of transport, I’m talking to myself. That is none of their concern. Had I known what I was walking into when I took out cover I would have never came to budget. So please do yourselves a favour and take cover elsewhere if you haven’t claimed but if you have claimed preciously be better than them and show good faith by staying long enough for them to collect their money paid for your claim
