An abomination of a Company

I have never come across a company who goes out of their way to reject claims. My accident happened on 6 September 2019 and the Senior Consultant is saying that it might be rejected based on a timing difference.

I have submitted my tracking device information, bank statements etc but there is still dispute about time. Insurance is to cover you at any specific time. If I have not broken the law and the information furnished is correct, I shouldn't be considering taking the matter to the Ombusman. I have been a loyal customer for close to 5 years and I receive this treatment. Absolutely shocking
