I would like to take this moment and personally thank Millicent Maatjie from Budget Insurance for how she handled my query and assisted me. She is able to articulate complex issues with ease and make the client understand the whole process. I found interacting with her more helpful than the app because there were things that the app could not provide and she was able to do that.
