Always there in my time of need

Many times we complain and never take the time to say thank you or well done on the exceptional service we are provided and it is at this moment that I am reminded why I still love Budget Insurance because of their wonderful service, their staff and the company as a while treating its customer like nothing short of valuable.

I was assisted by a wonderful and delightful lady named Sakhumzi last week as I wanted to cancel my policy with the pandemic that we are facing we also seem to be in the unknown about our jobs and if we'll be getting a salary at all, Budget not only helped me in reducing my insurance premiums but they also gave me an unexpected shopping voucher. As a single mother to an infant this really meant the world to me and for this thoughtful human gesture and freedom the bottom of my heart, I would like to say a big thank you. I gave me hope when I had none. You are more than an insurance company you are the pillars in our lives. A million thank yous do not seem enough. Sakhumzi may you grow from strength to strength.
