ALWAYS A BATTLE

As usual with this company there is always a battle. My husband specifically advised them telephonically when renewing our policy some time ago (which should be recorded) that we needed to to insure our pool equipment and pump not just for wear and tear but any eventuality. He was advised to do this he would need to specify it on the policy, which he did. Our pool pump is broken and Budget advise its wear and tear based on the report received from their contractor. We have not seen the report nor quote from their contracted pool company. Now they have advised that they are prepared to pay 50% of the quote. This amount exceeds the amount our pool company quoted to replace the pump. Our pool is now becoming a swamp because it has taken them this long to assist us. Time to find a new insurance company who adheres to our needs and sticks to them.
