Allocated a non approved panel beater
How disappointing and unprofessional of Budget insurance, how do you allocate my car to a non approved panel beater. I drove all the way from Mokopane to Polokwane only to find the panel beater is not Mercedes Benz approved. So what must happen now? Such a bad service. On top of that no one is answering my calls or calling me back.
