I would like to thank Mrs Lerato Tlholwe(FROM Telesure) for her great service. I think I may run out of words in terms of describing, thanking this lady.<br> <br> Out of all the Call Centres and to all the companies I have been in touch with, I never came across with a friendly person like this with great characters( you can name few i.e listening , marketing , talking and most importantly which I find it rare to most of other Agents, she is able to advise to any matter).<br> <br> At last I even asked about her working experience in the company and she mentioned she's been there for 6 months and she sounded like having 10 years of experience.<br> <br> For Telesure / BudgetIns, I just want to say you have got a good asset working for you. Losing her would be something else. I am happy taking the policy under Budget Insurance
