**** agents & Insurance

I had an accident on the 16 July and to date my vehicle has not been fixed and I'm still catching taxi's and asking lifts from colleagues to get to work. The dal panelbeaters doesn't call me to update me, I have to call them then call budget to find out what is happening. I was told to fetch my car last week Friday, I took leave and made arrangements as my car is 134 km away from me only to be told its still not finished but definitely will be don't on Tuesday which is today. Yesterday I got a call from budget agent telling me they did not fix my windscreen which needs to be replaced. I told him this is the second time they waste my time and money with lies cause I made arrangement to fetch it today and won't be able to change them. He told me he will call them to fix it so I can fetch it today and never got back at me. Budget is full of **** and a sorry excuse for insurance, I've had insurance for over 20 something years and this is the first time I ever claim with any insurance and I get **** treatment from the agents and the panelbeaters they chose to leave my car with. No one calls me, I keep calling, it's been over a month without a car and if I don't get my car today cause I made arrangements to fetch it, Budget will have it delivers to me free or cancel my insurance period. I want no part of this type of insurance. I'm livid

Whomever you sent to call me wa just as useless as everyone I've dealt with since this whole process started. How can you have my vehicle for over a month and when I'm suppose to gtt it your agent calls me and say no its not done yet because we found out the was a crack on your windscreen that needs to be fixed a day before iclve made arrangements to fetch it. Your agents not even 1 of them ever called and said we understand that we ****ed up and we apologize and take full ownership of this **** up. Not 1, not a single 1. All I'm told is we can't force you to stay if you want to leave, that's what your agents your trained agents tell me and that's what they call solving a **** up you made. It's hard enough the car was sent to groblersdal which is an 1 and half away instead of my area or even Bela Bela which is 20 to 25 minutes drive. Your agents are pretty useless they call with no solution and no accountability whatsoever. I don't want to cancel with budget but I will cause your agent don't beg customers which is not what I was asking for. The panelbeaters you chose suck as much as Budget and their consultants who've handled this case. Mpho, sthembi and venolia or something like that all said they will call back and never did cause they can't fix their **** up made my budget and dal panelbeaters. Even the lady handling this query showed no remorse, ownership or accountability all she showed was that she doesn't know how to apologize on behalf of a company that *****ed up for 1 of their customers and she doesn't care if I stay or leave. Well done to Budget, their agent and Dal panelbeaters for a huge **** up they made and not 1 not a single 1 is willing to apologize and come up with a solution to get my car. Useless at it's best.

Still waiting for confirmation that my car is ready. Budget is super useless and I'm getting more and more annoyed just waiting. When they take your money you don't have to remind them but anything else that requires them to work you have to chase them. They're not fami**** with the term work at all.
