After receiving an annual review notice via email, I was in a bit of a panic and honestly rather angry regarding not only the premium increase but the fact that my excess had increased too! I was ready for a fight this morning when I called to query this. I really thought I would have to cancel my insurance or at the very least, compromise on my cover. Once I had expressed my concerns to Alisha, in a desperate attempt to get my premium back to an affordable amount, she kept me calm and as professional and compassionate as can be, she reassured me that she was going to assist me the best she can. I expected a long winded process and after only 10 short minutes, she was able to not only get me an affordable premium and excess, most importantly she was able to eliminate the stress and panic I was experiencing prior to the call.
