After my annual review, they increased my premium by 25percent without any communication- not email nor via the website

After my annual review, they increased my premium by 25percent without any communication- not email nor via the website. I am not impressed with this at all. Saadya however was very helpful and managed to reduce it back to a reasonable increase. One shouldn’t have to call in for this though.
