After my annual review premium was too high, I called Budget and was helped by Darien Sigamoney

After my annual review premium was too high, I called Budget and was helped by Darien Sigamoney. We reviewed my premium and he was able to reduce my premium slightly compared to the ridiculously high premium per my annual review. I asked if I must reject the high debicheck amount and he said no, he will cancel it and send me a new one . However, to date, I have received no emails or communication confirming my new premium and no new debicheck. The higher debicheck timed out and now it has been approved. Please note, I am NOT PREPRAED TO WASTE MY TIME ON ANOTHER PHONE CALL with Budget to sort this out AGAIN. I'm moving insurances companies first thing tomorrow.
