After going through the standard insurance claim process I dealt with multiple claims department agents who walked me through the next step in the process as usual. Today (24/05/2024) I spoke with Maggie Govender and she not only walked me through the process but rather outlined ALL my options in a manner that allowed me to make the best informed decision possible. When I didn’t understand certain things she took her time in explaining my options to me in a very concise and informative manner. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with her service. Maggie has made my day and my stress so much easier to deal with. Maggie I don’t know if you will see this, but I’d like to thank you for making me feel valued rather than just another customer. 10/10
