After cancelation still taking your money and you have to waiting 14days for refund like it's your fault
Taking your money after you canceled policy and made changes to add a vehicle and remove two vehicles on the 6th of the month.

03 Mar 2026, 09:25The top up insurance was deducted for the two bakkies and the monthly premium for the comprehensive cover and that's the refund I need what's so difficult in that sury yous make notes on the system or have recordings od what was asked to be canceled and what to be updated.

07 Mar 2026, 06:38I received a mail saying your R205 will be paid back in 10days so I would like to know how two np200 bakkies insured for R205 for comprehensive cover with an additional top up cover, I insured my son on the one bakkie as the regulardriver which he recently got his drivers license which I know the insurance was R1300 because of his age and him only getting his driver's license last year
