Activation of policy without consent

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I informed the agent that I wanted to get the process started but not submit the policy.</p> <p>The minute I gave my bank account number he said he could not cancel or reverse it and that I would have to</p> <p>"call in" to get it done if I don't buy the car.</p> <p>So this means that they could have done a bill run and debited my account. </p> <p>This is unacceptable as I did not even buy the vehicle, very manipulative.</p> <p>The worst thing was hearing a bull****ting that the agent said there was a system error and then my</p> <p>payment rised all of a sudden.</p> <p>Never again will I give out my account number on the phone, this service was provided without my consent and I </p> <p>could've been debited for no reason. This company should be taken to court. If there was any mistake made by the agent, that I would understand, but lying I will not tolerate.</p>
