ACCIDENT CLAIM for TOYOTA TAZZ 1300 2004/2005 MODEL Policy no. ***

<p>1. Budget wanted to write off the car and take the car for themself. Riyaaz from Budget phoned me to inform me to repair the vehicle and will cost R74 000.00. He just talk and did not listen to me he just ramble on and on when I wanted to say something. I did not agree with what he is saying but he just keep on talking and said the vehicle is now their property and I must give them the papers. (Please note that I did get a quote from a panel beater P&S Panelbeaters for R 30,000-00. The market value for this car is R 36,000-00). All other Insurance compannies excess is must less tha Budget Ranging fromR 1,000 to R 3,000.</p> <p>OUTSURANCE for instance will pay out the market value of the car minus R 1,000 and the owner of the vehicle can fix the car himself. </p> <p>2. Budgets jhbservice email me and said that The settlement amount R 32 150-00 Minus two excess amounts for R 4, 400 & + R 3,000. After I queried the excess amount and a lady by the name Tracy-Ann Idas send me a letter and said afterwards that the excess amount have been reduce to R4,400. The pay out amount was reduced to R 27,750-00 emailed dated 08/07/2016 and that payment amount will will be in my account within 2 -3 days, up to now no payment was done two weeks later. After various emails to Budget no response yet from them up to now . </p> <p>3. I am a loyal customer for manny years with Budget I am treated like this . My premiums are paid on time and I never ever skip a premium. All that I need from Budget is to pay out the amount after excess and will repair the car myself. It is not the first time that we do get poor service from Budget </p> <p>4. Please note there was two previous claims that was neither our fault as other cars drivers caused the accidents. The Tazz was stationery on the pavement and another vehicle crashed into the Tazz and the driver of the other car just raced away without stopping.
