Accident claim

Recently wrote a review about budget insurance about my a claim.budget insurance is cruel and it's ok when you pay them but when they have to pay your claim they have stories.i despise the day I joined that ****.their senior consultant who was very very very rude called me and told me I **** about the accident and she has proof when I asked which proof he spoke about then he spoke of the towing people whom where the last on the scene.she called me a **** and told me the third party did not have a reason to lie but I had every reason to lie .I reprimanded her of her tone....futher more she said I was speeding because I was driving at 110 and it was a busy road I even asked her if she sure of what she is saying and all that..my mental state is not ok all thanks to budget insurance
