Accident and good customer service from claims officer

Recently been in an accident where a woman lost control of her vehicle and drove into me! During that stage I was confused and didn't know what to do so I called in to budget they asked me a few questions and let me know that they'll call me back to let me know of a towing service.. I waited 10 mins no call eventually i called in again and a tow guy that arrived within 2 minutes of the accident pitched and stood by me I asked the lady If I could use the towing guy that was there and they eventually used him.. my experience was my airtime and stress made me feel more unease and worried about the next step. The next day Budget claims officer called me her name Deveshni Chetty wow what brilliant service I got from her .. she assisted me every step of the way and kept me updated at all times. Although my car became a write off within the month I could go for another car. What I'm saying is , you seldom find good customer service, thanks Deveshni Chetty do hope I spelt your name correctly.. you have a customer that will stick with this insurance company !
