Access reclaim

Good day people I still have not received my access money back of R8200.00 from Budget insurance they told me that they approached the third party involved Outsourence through an email which turned out to be a lie as I called the legal department of the third party and the confirmed with an email to me Budget insurance did not approached them a 60 60 motorbike drove into the left side of my car and I was in the fast lane, I could not move any place els and I submitted all the photos as evidence. Pingo is the company that the 60 60 motorbikes work under and there manager told me that they deduct a portion of there salaries weekly for third party claims, so I do not know why my insurance do not repay my access money which I had to borrow to fix my car, I have been struggling with them since last year August 2025 as they told me they did approached the third party but I found out they did not and I pay my insurance policy every month they do not struggle to get my money to have my car insured with them. I am so disappointed 😞
