Access reclaim

I am struggling with Budget insurance now for 10 months, trying to get my access money back after they have send me an email to say they have twice approached Outsurance the third party to reclaim my access money I have payed R8200.00.After a few months I found out through an email from a manager at Outsurance that they have not been approached by Budget insurance. They make use of a company called Telesure Investment Holdings who have send me all these emails and up to today it is one excuse after the other and tell me the matter will go to litigation court why I dont know because the manager of Pingo the company the 60 60 motorbikes work under told me they deduct a portion of there salaries weekly for third-party claims and the accident was caused by the 60 60 motorbike driver and my witness also gave his statement of the accident scene and they have the police accident report number and all the photos and a video taken at the accident scene. Up till today I am struggling to get my money back which I have to go and borrow to fix my car. What is the use of paying insurances if one get poor service delivery from service providers who can't keep there word and mislead customers or policy holders who pay lots of money and they know you won't be able to drag the case out in court because of lawyer fees and allot of court appearances you won't be able to pay. I am deeply, deeply saddened of how they treat me and I pay my insurance every month and haven't made an accident in ever which I have to pay for or be held accountable for.
